In season 19, episode 1 of deadliest catch, two captains were communicating via radio radio 450 miles apart according to the narrator Mike Rowe. 450 miles has around 24 miles of curvature below the horizon. How in the heck do these captains bend the signal around the earth? Is it that magical force called gravity? I doubt it and I would bet that they are not using satellite communication. The radios appeared to be CB radios or similair. The clues are all over to those with eyes to see and ears to listen.

All of us seem to agree that some things are true and other things not true, and it's just a matter of knowing which is which, or having the courage to say "I don't know." Whereas in The Matrix or a simulation, it's ALL fake, at least on the physical level. Regarding radio waves, I have no idea how they travel -- I only know what little I've read or heard others say . On YouTube, every time I put an idea out there for consideration, someone shoots it down, so I'm hesitant to try here either. I will offer a link to my latest musical composition, inspired by The Flat Earth Files: "Dome Onion Dominion". It has lyrics, but for now I've only posted the instrumental: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SSbsre3EZ0o
This is because short wave radios like those used in CB radios bounce off the ionosphere and return to earth. They don’t require a satellite to relay the signal, it bounces off the atmosphere.
There was a documentary a while back where private folk took a tour of Antarctica and on the way back, the captain said they can often see the mountains of New Zealand 250 miles a way. I think it was gravity combined with swamp gas pulling against the planet Venus that allowed this to happen 😎
