I agree with you about that, but the contrary position of the earth being "fixed and immovable" is bullshit. If you are an old fuck like I am, who grew up in California, you know that earthquakes are a real thing. That being said, I think that the earth is toroidal field. I think that earthquakes are caused by the energy emitted from the north pole, that circulates above and underneath us. If you can visualize an energy mechanism that opperates this way, then picture a flat place going through something shaped like a donut; - it makes sense!
