Most people don't believe in the scripture because religion has pushed people away from our creator ( YAH ). The Bible is not a religious book it's a book about the Hebrew ( The children of Israel ) people and their relationship with YAH. Most of the western cultures use it to push Christianity. There is not one apostle, prophet, that followed a religion. There is not other way to put it.

I would say that the Bible is a book for all mankind, where the Hebrews are the object lesson to learn from, because they are human as well.

Most of the New Testament was written to non-Jews, as Paul travelled all over the Roman Empire.

We see again and again the OT God working in other nations. Consider Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 4, where this Babylonian King recounts a dream he has, and the lessons he has learned. Daniel 1-6 all take place in Babylon.
