Colors and phases of the moon question

Question! I'm still in the research phase of FE so I have LOTS of questions haha

How do Biblical FE'ers explain the phases of the moon and the different colors of the moon? Last night I spent a couple hours looking at the moon through my telescope and it was such a brilliant white it almost seemed pearlescent. Tonight it is straight up orange! So beautiful BUT why?! I know the heliocentric model explains it away as different light wave lengths from the sun being reflected.

Many flat earthers think that the moon is a flat, translucent disc. Also, they think it is giving off cold light. Furthermore, they believe that it is inside a huge dome called the firmament. Had anybody ever looked through a telescope at it? How do they explain the craters, and how those craters are always in the same spot? Also, why is it that only the side facing the sunrise is lit up? Look at this picture, zoom in on it, does that look like a flat, transluvent disc?

I think this is a major point you raise and deserves a good reply. I personally have observed the sun and moon being high enough in the sky to be visible and almost directly across one another recently and it left me with some questions: 1. The moon, if heliocentric view is correct, ought to have been fully lit up on its surface as the sun was in same part of the sky almost directly opposite but it was not

2. The bottom portion of the moon was not visible but rather than having a domelike shape you would expect if the earth was blocking sunlight it was curved like a smile..what..why? 3. Is there a good explanation for this as I am unaware of one if there is and it has me definitely more in the FE camp. 4. But I would still like an explanation as to why there are images of planets that seem to be like what you would expect from NASA and telescope viewing and then images that look like circular water vibration at times.
