Help "gifting" FE clock

I was wondering if anyone could tell me specifically how to "gift" flatearthdaves clock app to individuals. I have about 4 people I want to gift to them. George said he has done it but, I don't know how.

Don't waste your money. Give your friend something meaningful, like a globe.

Open the app and look to the bottom right of the screen.
Look to the immediate left of the speed controls for the FE Clock.
Tap the Gear icon.
Tap the Gift to a Friend button. This will take you to the App Store.
At the top right, hit the share icon (a square with an arrow pointing up). This will pull up a share menu.
Pull up on the menu until you see Gift and tap on it. This will open an email.
Choose a friend/friends, fill out the email and send it to them.

Thanks Sqott. I clicked the gear but, I can't find a gift to a friend button. I see the share with a friend button and it just allows me to send the link to the app.
